One Country One Industrial Cluster
Building upon the United Nations' "One Country One Priority Product" (OCOP) initiative — launched by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) on September 7, 2021, to help countries leverage their unique agricultural strengths, promote sustainable food value chains, improve healthy diets, enhance farmers' livelihoods, and foster economic growth — we are committed to elevating the OCOP concept into a "One Country One Industrial Cluster" strategy.
We support developing countries in achieving industrial upgrading and value enhancement through three core services: First, the National Innovation and Public Service Platform, which establishes a national-level infrastructure integrating technology R&D, quality standards, and achievement commercialization. By building a full-chain support system from R&D centers and standard laboratories to pilot testing platforms, we address core challenges such as weak industrial innovation capacity and low technology transfer efficiency, thereby comprehensively strengthening the nation's technological innovation foundation and commercialization capabilities. Second, the Thematic Industrial Cluster Development Program, which creates "One Country, One Priority Product" industrial clusters centered around each nation's unique resources. Through the development of specialized industrial parks, we drive the transition from primary products to deep processing, focusing on overcoming bottlenecks such as high resource dependency and low industrial added value. This enables a value chain upgrade from raw material exports to branded outputs, significantly enhancing international competitiveness. Third, the Two-Nation Twin-Park Cooperation Initiative, which establishes a two-way collaboration platform leveraging China's innovation and industrial chain advantages. By setting up enclave innovation centers and core component supply parks in China and constructing applied innovation centers and industrial bases in host countries, we effectively address developmental barriers such as poor technology alignment and incomplete industrial chains, thereby building a sustainable ecosystem for the efficient flow of technology, talent, capital, and market resources.
